[Resolved] Idea Cellular — incorrect recharge value from idea app and poor customer care handling about issue | |||
I recharged with 18 rs on 20 july via my idea app. It is mentioned in idea app that by recharging 18 rs i'll get unlimited 4g data for 1 hour but i got some minutes instead of data. I needed internet that time so i recharged again but again i recieved same message of free minutes. This is very ridiculous. Today i complained about this issue on idea customer care 198. Supervisor, mr sachin patel handled my call. He is also parroting same thing that i've got correct benefit. Even after discussion of several minutes he didn't want to listen my problem. I've attached my idea app screenshots of recharge and i also have call recording of customer care. Please look into my issue and give me proper resolution.
