[Resolved] Idea Cellular — MNP related - service delay | |||
Hello My Phone No.: [protected] (BSNL MP-CG) I wanted to PORT in from BSNL to IDEA MPCG. I applied at the Idea Local Store in Sagar MP (Shri Parasnath Enterprises, Gujrati Bazar, Sagar) on 2nd January 2017. First complaint: Initially the store incharge denied to accept passport as ID/address proof but later agreed when I resisted, they need to be educated about GOI rules. Second complaint: store incharge called me next day that he has given me wrong SIM card, so I had to go to idea store again to take a new sim card. Third complaint: After 7 days when I enquired, the store incharge informed me that my application form is rejected because I have not signed it. While filling application form, I did what store incharge said me. If I didn’t sign the application, its fault of store incharge who guided me. Later they said me that the person who guided me to fill application was not the appropriate person (he was field incharge, not the office person), WHAT? A field incharge was doing office job? And his inability made a huge mistake and I had to repeat all over again. Is there any sense of responsibility? Fourth complaint: Even my form was rejected due to not being signed, NO ONE FROM IDEA informed me (or on my alternate phone number) and I only had to enquire about it. So I had to make the application process all over again on 10th January. Fifth complaint: several further passed and I didn’t any response from idea whether they are interested in MNP or not. I inquired the store and he said my signature didn’t match from the ID proof and form application. No problem, but why they didn’t inform this to me. They said me that probably information was send on alternate phone number, but no information came. When I inquired about this the store incharge (Abhishek Vishwakarma) and his team became rude, irresponsible, talking in improper language etc. Then he talked to Idea Sagar head Deepak (as said to me). But no help came. Highly irresponsible and unprofessional behavior. Even though, I have applied all over again on 16th January and hope it gets done. But I need clarification from you people (if any one responsible in Idea Cellular) about wasting my time & money (in four travels to Idea Store), and misbehave done by store people. I hope someone responsible can handle this matter and will seek the reason behind this matter, and take strict action against store peoples and Deepak (so called Idea head Sagar).
