Idea Cellular — Mobile network not showing on phone

Dear sir,
Suddenly my idea network disappeared I restarted and swapped the SIM slots but network not showing. I have already recharged my plan, I tried to use idea app and sent otp to my number OTP was sent but no signal. I tried recharging plan again it got recharged but still signal was not there, Please resolve the issue. My idea number is [protected] mail id [protected]@gmail.com
