[Resolved] Idea Cellular — mobile refund of international roaming amount. | |||
I went to new zealand in the month of september 2017, an amount of essential.2000/- was deposited at your local outlet situated.. Idea cellular co.1st floor rajlaxmi complex rail toly gondia 441614. I came back to india on 24.11.2017 And demanded refund of my deposit with you. The local staff refused to refund the money and told me verbally that the deposit is non refundable. This is very unprofessional act and is comes under mis appropriation of funds. Which is a criminal act. On continuous perusal of the matter the local staff of your outlet refused to cooperate and initiate the refund of my deposit with you. Further they did not supply the printed statement details of the adjustment of my deposit with you. This act is ridiculous and needs to be taken up with the legal system if you do not resolve the matter in an educated way within a period of 6 days.
