My name is umesh sah and my balance has beend deducted by idea when i complaint after dialing 198 they were simply telling me that you must had subscribed something but they were unable to give me satisfactory reply and unable to refund my deducted amount. It is requested that my balance be refund to me as soon as possible otherwise i will switch to some other company by porting my no.

My sim is not catching range it has no service, no range, when is search for network it can't register on idea network, sim is out of service plz do see about why it is out of service

I called regarding the mentioned subject to customer executive but they are resolving my problem. Even they are not communicating properly.

It's seems idea is not serious about the customer concern. It's worst experience with idea while I used many telecom networks.

I have port my sim from airtel to Idea. Now i am trying to call 59059. It is telling to re check the number. May i know the correct number to trle verification and start my sim by idea network
