Idea Cellular — my no is not able to get recharged by any app/netbanking /idea store/shop etc.

I had raised complaint with no sr[protected], i had tried all mode for doing recharge. I had already tried idea store/net banking/many apps/local shop but my no is not able to get recharged,
Incoming is still there.
Outgoing cant do because of balance not available.
So kindly have a look on this matter and close this issue asap.

I have 2 nos. of idea cellular u.p west numbers [protected], [protected] as per new rules of TRAI the validity payments is to be made to mobile operator before the expiry the above mobile operator start sending the sms as "kripya dhyaan dein!!ap ke mobile no.ki sevayein vaildity tak manya hongi". bus 3 din baki, ab 1 din baki creating a warning.

Last 2 days I am not getting signal only for my sim.

Already checked my mobile with other sim and it works perfectly. Also tried this sim other mobile. With other mobile also it is not getting signal.

Only showing emergency calls only.
