I have my mobile number [protected] postpaid idea, i have submitted my application and id address proof along with passport for turning it into prepaid connection bt its been 5 days my connectiom is out of service even charged me for 4 days paid i have paid that to bt instead of letting it run they have disconnected on the 8th dec and still didnt activate my prepaid sim which they had given to me what kind of service this idea is providing kindly reply back and solve the issue .
