Hi. My parents are using idea network. Call from the showroom saying payment of bill is still not yet done and so my mom said we will do it soon as possible. But still the executive used abusive language, taboo and so many words which were arrogant and disgusting to hear. My mom and dad felt very bad for the whole day. They didnt expect such service from a reputed concern. They felt disturbed about the words the executive spoke to my mom. So kindly take action against that indisciplined staff. Its been 2days since i updated my existing idea prepaid sim to 4G... But its still not upgraded... The store manager told that it will be upgraded within 24hrs.. How much time will it take more?
