Idea Cellular — name updated wrong

Based on earlier request please look in to this and confirm why still my father name is not updated as per given adhar card copy and also the query was raised for same it's still sureshchan instead of sureshchandra, this is to update you i have already told idea field executive based on bhavnagar for the correction, please expedite this on high priority or else i will escalate this to trai for same, what is the meaning of address changed ticket closed?? You can track by my adhar card also
