[Resolved] Idea Cellular — network coverage n arrogant response

I'm idea user since 8 years. 2 years before I converted my other number too to idea. Story started from last Nov-2017. I started facing network issue. Complained several times to idea, but as usual they denied that it is their fault. And repeated the same answer that, if you have 2 lines in range, it means range is excellent.

It is laughable that 2 lines means excellent range.

Updated by pradeepguthe Today received call from Idea social media front. Your response as below ... I'm not buying explanation given. You just working to close the complaints without resolving it.

"Dear Customer, your concern on Coverage has been addressed through communication ID[protected]. We are having best possible coverage at the address mentioned by you. In case if there is any further upgradation planned, we will inform you. You may call 198 and select option of APPEAL on the IVR within 30 days of complaint closure in case of any dispute. We thank you for preferring Idea and look forward to servicing you."
