Idea Network in Kerala is been down for past few hour. I am not able to call and i am in a pathetic situation. Because of this my business is down so the loss we faced is very big. Because of you people many people are affected. You are responsible for this issue. You must find out some sort of solution. Or else we are going to change the connection to some other networks. Idea Cellular Customer Care's response Dear Customer,

This morning as a result of a power outage some pockets in Kerala experienced connectivity problems on the Idea network. However the problem was resolved and network was restored.
We at Idea constantly endeavour to ensure seamless connectivity for our customers, however at times due to unavoidable circumstances, connectivity can be hampered. We regret the inconvenience caused to all our customers.
