[Resolved] Idea Cellular — no incoming call and message is not coming

Incoming call and message is not coming from 10days in idea network. I complained to idea regarding same. No solution till now i received. I am not able to do txn because of otp issue.
Each time they are asking address details even i sent all details via email.
Customer care suggestion all time
1 swtch off mobile
2 change sim slot
3 message center verify
I did all thing still, i am facing issue.
