Idea Cellular — no network since 23 march in my sim card

Since morning of march 23 2020 i have not been receiving any service or signal i tried to contact your chat facilities and it was unavailable. I already tried resetting and restarting and changing mobile networks as well as putting sim back and out. Please resolve my issue as i do not have any other service or other sim to use. I have been your customer for more than 2 years. I have also sent an email regarding my network problem but no action is taken by company. Please resolve the issue.
