[Resolved] Idea Cellular — feature charges is incurred every month | |
Dear idea customer care, Since past 6-7 months. I have been noticing that feature charge (150 rupees) is applied on my idea bill statement. Ideally it should be only 1 month charge!!. Ideally customer (Who are using) should have been informed of the feature charge. Request to not add the features charge in any future billing cycle. Also please refund charges incurred, if possible. In my family, everyone has one number of idea at least... Everyone is not having signal in their idea sim... Please help us... We live in Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh... Any sim is not roaming... So what's the issue???
