[Resolved] Idea Cellular — not provide information about balance deduction by call centre

Today i recharged with rs. 35, after few hours balance shows only rs. 0.22. I called 198, representative said she can't provide any information due to system disturbance, and said call after 1 hour. After 2 hours i called again and same replied, i pressure her and she transfer senior representative but your system hang me 20 minutes. Then i decide why not i porting my number to another company? Thief, cheating company. I will also complaint tri and consumer court against idea not just rs. 35 but against their cheat system. Mobile number is [protected]
