Also i have been getting this problem in idea couldn't send any text messages to other please resolve this and and also resolve your customer care service its very vert poor quality change it otherwise we can change our service.
When i called your customer service executive he said me he will send me a message that show you info about it and solve my problem but he send me a message showing how to send a message. He think im # that i don't know how to send message what's your problem we pay our money to get good service otherwise we have another mobile service providers who give good service i can transfer my number in it.

As per our recent communication, we've informed you that, mobile operator can provide outgoing details call only. To know your outgoing call details, Send SMS to 12345 from same number. SMS format EBILL<space>MON Eg: EBILL<space> JAN. For any further assistance, kindly contact us on 198 or 12345.
