[Resolved]  Idea Cellular — number ported to idea but unable to make calls

I have recently ported to idea network, the new sim has been activated & i can see the network of idea in my mobile. I have completed the televerification process by calling 59059, it said that my services will be activated shortly & to restart my device after 15 minutes. I have done that also, but now when i try to call on any other number or even on 121 only ivr system is responding & telling that all recharge related services are available on 121 only.
I have installed myidea app, it is showing my number & name but showing zero balance, i tried to rechagre my number but the transaction failed.
Please help in this issue.
