I would like to inform you that one juice up service is activated yesterday 22 jun 2014 from web for my no [protected] for th it take 75rs. Charges per month. After calling to customer care firstly they didn't receive my call for 2 times. Then when they receive mmy call. I am not satisfied with his response that call after some time to know the status and if you use any service then it will be chargable. As i stated that i haven't used any service or download anything named juiceup services is activated without my knowledge. I request you to not to fool people by activating such services and apply charges in their bill for the service that they have not used so please deactivate and refund my valuable money. Waiting for your prompt reply...
