[Resolved] Idea Cellular — online recharge unsuccessful but money deducted | |||
Mobile number [protected] of idea cellular was recharged online with rs. 179.00 unlimited call pack on 23.04.2018 at about 7. 00 a. M. (Ref no. Nsbi[protected]igadjqhzd3). Money was deducted from account through net banking option and confirmation also received for successful transaction but mobile number has not recharged even after 24 hours. Unable to make any calls. Verified Support Apr 24, 2018 Idea Cellular Customer Care's response Dear Customer, Sorry for the inconvenience caused. As per our record, there's no such recharge credited in your account. Hence, we request you to wait for 7 working days for the mentioned amount to be reversed. Also, you can check with your respective bank or application used while availing the recharge post 7 working days.
