[Resolved]  Idea Cellular — payment completed but balance not received

I have done a recharge of rs.35 on my phone no. 8*03 on my idea app by using bhim upi. Amount got deducted from my account but the my idea app crashed while on billdesk. I have not received any information regarding failure or success of the recharge and no balance was credited in my idea account or bank account either. Upi ref no.[protected]
