[Resolved]  Idea Cellular — payment fraud

This is the complaint against idea cellular company for the fraud done by them with me on payment
call was received by me from idea company for the waiver of 50% on the full payment that is 113776 on the number [protected]( which is temporarily disconnected since 1 month )
i was told to do the 50%payment so i did it by the cheque
now they are asking me to pay the whole payment for the reconnection of the
mobile number
