I am postpaid so called platinum customer of west up with number [protected] with credit limit of 1, 54, 000 came to UK and Europe for 10 days after activating international roaming pack of 5999 valid for one month, the very next day i got the message that your number has been barred on calling customer care i was told that your unbilled amount is 26000 so please pay to unbar ...i asked its not possible they told actually your phone automatically selected the network in roaming which is not our partner so your pack was not used and base rate was used, i asked how come in my dreams i or my phone is suppose to know who is your partner and anyways we can solve this issue once i am back i have a huge credit limit kindly unbar my phone and tel me what i can do to elect your partner ...but she only insisted you pay first ..think of the mess i am facing here ..after spending so much money ...it sucks ...
