[Resolved] Idea Cellular — please help - unethical and fraud - idea | |||
I had requested for a pre-paid connection and your idea executive gave me a postpaid connection and he did not even think of informing the same to me. My first bill was generated at rs 176 and i paid and also requested for conversion to idea pre-paid. But all in vain. Till now i am not aware of my rental package also. This is the level of responsibility idea is taking. Idea has not even validated my correct email address. And now idea has generated a bill of rs 1200 and still, i don't know what i am paying for. Is this service correct and ethical. Idea seems to me like a fraud and that scams people out of their money. I am going to initiate a consumer complaint now. Because idea customer care executives and ms ravali from the senior department don't care and just say that i have to pay. This company is extremely greedy for money and has no ethical standpoint. Please note i have not got a single mail for payment of rs. 1200 and the company executive don't give a # about it. The only thing is they want me to pay!!! Was this information helpful? | |||
