In our area we are not having enough range especially to the portion where our house is located. No calls can be made or received. We are in a pathetic situation. Many important calls were also missed. At first we used to charge it with the top offers but now we have not recharged it for a very long time as we won't be able to use it properly even if it is recharged. I hope you would take sufficient actions.
