Hi. I am not get my current operator’s services. Very poor services. Not able to port out too. Trying since december 2019. Spoke to customer care several time but issue was not resolved. Rude executives. Earlier they told that porting code will be available by 10th january 2020 after 12:00am. Then 13th january 2020 after 12:00am then 14th january 2020 after 12:00am then 15 th january 2020 after12:00am. But still not able to port out. The only message i receive is “upc cannot be generated as the mobile number is not configured. Please contact your service provider “. Please help as no network or data services.
