[Resolved] Idea Cellular — port is done from jio to idea but no 4g signal on both sim till now

MY port REQUEST was accepted
yesterday but no 4g signal in idea and in jio too..

I have completed all required settings and also visited idea store but nothing happened.

I have 4g sim card and not 3g but only 3g signal was provided..
.

I have done all the settings tried restarting too but nothing happened .

I did not expect this service from idea

So now Plzz restore my 4g signal
