[Resolved] Idea Cellular — Post paid bill issue, even after payment of bill amount sim was full barred | |||
I antony mathai is a very disappointed user of idea cellular service with post paid sim number [protected]. I paid my bill amount of 3200 /- for the month of january and february 2017 using bank check. But even after receiving payment idea cellular company officials fully barred my sim without any prior notice. I had already requested them not to bar my sim and intimated about the bill payment including receipt number. Sudden barring of the sim caused numerous inconveniences for me and my family including official works. On enquiring the reply given on the part of idea cellular services was not convincing. Also they closed my complaint id c1-[protected] without rectifying the problem or without properly solving the issue after discussing the issue. Infact they fooled me by providing misleading information's. Hope in future nobody is fooled by idea cellular service by their fraudulent services. Was this information helpful? | |||
