I am your old post paid idea customer. I have been complaining for the last 2 months. I have to convert my number to prepaid but no action is being taken from the company
Can your customer not run the card of your choice? Will we also walk with your choice? I am being mentally troubled with the last two months that you keep post paid card but i need a prepaid card. I have applied for post to prepaid 9 times to get it done. No intentional action is being taken by you
