[Resolved]  Idea Cellular — post to prepaid is requested twice but request cancelled.

Mobile [protected], conversion requested from postpaid to prepaid through idea store. Request no. C[protected].7.18 and again C[protected].7.18. Both time request cancelled by company saying that your no. Is not connected. On contacting customer care they are telling to contact idea store. On contacting idea store they are telling that this is done by back end team. Also conversion fees of 520 is taken by idea company.
