[Resolved] Idea Cellular — postpaid recharge issue

Hello team,

This is regarding pathetic idea postpaid service.

Yesterday they have sent me 2 message on my vodafone number that:

Dear customer, your idea mobile a/c[protected] / [protected] due amount is rs.339 request you to make the payment to avoid legal action, for details call [protected]

But my "[protected]" mobile number was already deactivated and i have paid all bills in 2016. You can check my account number as well.

And now this number "[protected]" i am not using since 2016.

Now if your pathetic idea company send any messages to me regarding bill payment issue, i will raise fir against you.. (Check my account).

Idea Cellular Customer Care's response Dear Customer,

Apologies for the inconvenience caused. As per our record, the bill has been generated accordingly as per your plan rental and G.S.T. on proration basis. Also, we would like to inform you that the bill is generated till the date of disconnection of your account and your previous bill amount has been carried forward in your current bill. Hence, we request you to kindly clear all your dues to avoid the inconvenience.

The mobile number "[protected]" was already deactivated from your end.. ! This number was deactivated in 2016 please check and confirm.

One of the third class "Idea" company I have never seen..

Please resign and go home.

Idea Cellular Customer Care's response Dear Customer,

Sorry for the inconvenience caused. We would like to inform you, that the mentioned number was active with us from January 2017 to March 2017. Also, the account has been permanently disconnected due to request was raised for barring towards handset/ sim lost from your end. However, if you have any payment receipt or complete details of the usage done for the given number in the year of 2016 we request you to provide us the screenshot for further assistance.
