Idea Cellular — postpaid sim not working/no service | |||
Hi, i have a idea postpaid connection with number [protected]. My sim suddenly lost the connection/range & it's been 3 days since my number is not working. I've tried all things possible to resolve the issue. 1. Manually selecting network / changing network settings 2. Interchanging sim slots 3. Inserting sim to other phone 4. Restarting the phone etc. The issue is not resolving. Please help me to sort out the issue as soon as possible. Was this information helpful? | |||

Recently I have recharged my number for double pack for 28 days and my complain is I am not getting not even the minimum speed of Internet always it will be less than 5kbps or bps, I should get minimum of 500kbps the what's the use of 4g, so please increase my Internet speed
