I received a message from iz-idea saying, your request for promo offer activation for mob. No.[…………..] has been successfully processed through communication id c1-[…….]; i had not authorized such a service activation. Kindly register my complain against idea as i have seen here that this malpractice has been happening with a lot of other folks too and kept unattended many times on complaint with idea. When i called them today again they say nirvana plan automatically happens and i have to pay 299 monthly now. This is frustrating. I have decided to change the service provider. Worst still they charge when we call customer care.
Here is the mail i received.
