[Resolved] Idea Cellular — promotional offer

I have been calling idea customer care from the past 5 days to activate my said offer. The link to the offer is given below.

I have inserted my sim in my oneplus6 handset, sent message as mentioned. All i get as a reply is copied below.

Dear customer, your request could not be processed. Request to kindly resend the sms with a valid product. Thank you

All your customer service executives do is keep me waiting. Some of them even kept me waiting for 10 minutes without any fruitful solution.

If idea does not want to fulfill offer then why falsely advertise it on e-commerce websites?

Dear idea,

i am working in UAE my sim in roaming do to low balance of my sim was resister failed.
i all ready put some balance but do to resister failed i have not received any sms seen yesterday.
please do need full to get my network back.
