[Resolved] Idea Cellular — recharge amount deducted but recharge not done

I have done an online recharge of 399/- from myidea app. The payment method was through upi. The amount got deducted but recharge has not been done.

Either complete the recharge process or refund the money.

Even the my idea app doesn't show any recharge history.

Kindly help me with this issue
