I did 459rs idea unlimited plan 84 days...in which i paid 51rs buy coupan and 408rs by netbanking but recharge not done by the myidea app and money deducted from my account and recharged failed ... Mobile num:-[[protected]] Transaction Ref No. NSBI[protected]IGADPMAGK4 for Rs.408.0 on 27/05/2018

I have ported out my Postpay number some 4 months ago and I am still waiting to get my refund of security deposit.

The deposit should be refunded in 30 without reminders or the company should pay a late processing charge as they charge in case of late payment of bills

Please help me out
