[Resolved] Idea Cellular — recharge not reflecting on account

On 19/04/2020 i recharged for Rs.249 pack through My Idea app. The money was deducted from the bank but later i got a message saying that the payment was failed and asked me to retry so i recharged again and the amount was dedicated again but the recharge isn't reflected on my account and the amount hasn't been returned to the bank either. Now i lost Rs 498 in total for nothing.
