[Resolved]  Idea Cellular — recharge problems

Hi, I tried to recharge phone no. [protected] with a 199 pack, and though the money was deducted from my account, there is no sign of the recharge in the phone. The balance on the phone remains the way it was.
The reference ID at your end for the transaction is NCMP[protected].
Attached please also find a screenshot of the message from my bank regarding the deduction.
