[Resolved]  Idea Cellular — refund against communication id : c[protected] not received

Dear sir / madam,

My mobile no. Is [protected].

On 11th dec 2018, i have raised one complaint cum request for refund of rs. 23, 408 payment which i did while paying the idea mobile bill. Communication id : c[protected]

Its almost, 2 months... I have not received the refund.

I have also visited idea shop at "harmony house", bhandarkar road twice. Still there is not a single call of mentioning the status of my cheque.

Request you to please do the needful and make arrangements such that i can get my cheque in next 2-3 days. Please communicate the status on below gmail account : [protected]@gmail.com
