I am extremely dissatisfied with the the way my request for Refund amount is handled. I raised the request for Refund of 3000 Rs, on 17th of July 2019 and it was supposed to be completed by 18th September 2019.
I patiently waited till 18th of September and later noticed the request number was no more visible on MyIdea app. After checking with the customer care, I came know request was not even processed for 45 days, and they need additional 45 to 60 days to process the same. With such a reputed company I didn't expected such careless behavior.
In order to get the amount back, I need to personally visit the the store multiple time and follow up with Customer care support.
After lot of hassle, I received the amount on 2nd Nov 2019, but to my surprise it was not via an Cheque (Which I requested) but on my billing account. This is not acceptable
After rechecking local customer care store, I was asked to drop an email Appellate for escalation, as they cannot help. What they can help is to raise another request to get the amount via Cheque and again wait for 45 days..
Unfortunately I do not see any process even after raising an escalations.
