[Resolved]  Idea Cellular — refund not yet received for [protected] requesting for many times

I was suppose to get refund while converting postpaid to prepaid.
It has been more than 10 months, still I didnt received refund from idea.

I have complained to
appellate.[protected]@vodafoneidea.com and [protected]@vodafoneidea.com
but not received any proper response from them.

It is very pathetic for asking same question again and again.
