[Resolved] Idea Cellular — regarding app and inappropriate behaviour of customer care | |||||
I'm manpreet singh from ambala and today (22june 2018) at around 1:40pm, by using idea app recharged rs.499 through paytm and money deducted from paytm and didn't received any confirmation.. So i called at 1:50 pmby the no. [protected] to customer care she pick the call i dnt knw her name and she just said wait for 30 min. But i concern about idea app so told her to that i want to your senior and again a lady answered after some time and again said the same thing and while i'm telling about app she shouting on me and dined to give me her details.. No employee id no address no location.. Arti her name,, even she not give me her full name.. Really awful service i ever seen in my life... Now i'm planning to change my provider, docomo service far better then yours.. I need a strict action against her Was this information helpful? | |||||
