Dear sir I got a call from one person and he told me that we are ready to install a tower in your area but before that you must pay agreement charges ₹2600 and service tax ₹12350 after that we deposit ₹20lakhs in your bank account and offer one fulltime job and rent ₹25000 p.m.

Secondary balance is completely wiped off after the expiry date instead of adding it to the next charged amount, without notifying to the customer

Now a days, operators have been crediting talktime as secondary balance. Means if we don't use it before expiry of the pack, then entire balance would be wiped off.. That's their new strategy to earn money.

How can they do that?

Earlier they had been deducting balance if we don't recharge after expiry. But now they are stealing openly.
