[Resolved] Idea Cellular — regarding very bad service idea and no proper register my complaint by your customer care..

Dear sir,
I have registered for complaint by reference no.[protected],[protected],[protected], and reference no. 1-[protected], but response to gave me about this complaints and no feed back call provide by ur customer care, yesterday i call customer care mr. Ashok nd mr. Firoj customer executive he told me above reference no. Not in idea reference no. And use abusing language. So i request you please clarify me above reference no in idea or not. And proper legal action to take ashok or firoj with intimation to me.. Your idea service is very bad lul.. I have take to '0' for ur idea service nd ur customer service.. I will change ur idea no.
