Idea Cellular — Request not processed on time and charged the bill

I was using the number post paid [protected] for USB internet connection.
On 5 Jan 2015 i requested to disable the services on the number as i stopped using that but that request not processed on time and got the bill in Feb for that number.

I literally mailed nearly 10-12 times to customer care but not reply i even told on email to call me to clarity my doubt but i didnt get single call.
I escalated this to higher authority but no response from them too.

And now my phone [protected] services are deactivated due to non payment of bill for number [protected] although i paid the bill for [protected]
