Dear team,
This is sorry to say that idea's service is so bad. Your representative and tl's don't know how to behave with customers on call and i think they also don't have any knowledge of process. My concern is that my is going to deducted again and again for last one week. Some services are going to activated automatically on my number. And when i called to your customer care they told me you have activate these services by yourself through internet. I am very tight to tell everyone when i open my data connection i get a message that your service request has been processed and amount got deducted. I have talked with many executives and many tl's but no one was able to provide me solution for this.
And mr. Rajat (Tl) don't have sense to talk with customers. He talked to me with a lot of arrogance. And i am not getting to understand why everyone asking to wait for 24 to 48 hours but after than i also don't get any call, any resolution from your end. And finally rajat asked to wait for 24 hours again. Am i mad for you and every customer is?
So i requested you kindly get in touch with me as fast as you can. Because i don't want to face this issue again. Otherwise i will port out this number. I don't need this type of sim. Call me on urgent basis on my below mentioned number.
Take a serious action on above mentioned issue and revert asap.
