[Resolved]  Idea Cellular — sending msg to unknown no and deduct from balance

2 days before i bought a new sim, next day the balance decreased from 26 rs to 4 rs, but when i checked outox there was no msg, then i checked my deduction history and it showed 3 msg send to the which neither exist nor saved in my contact book,
2nd it showed 2 deduction of 10, 10 rs for downloading content which is not in my cell anywhere and the cell has no net facility

Idea Cellular Customer Care's response Dear Customer,

As per our recent communication, we've informed you that you've been charged for game service for the given number. Also, as informed send SMS as STOP to 593350 to stop the flash SMS or else you can refer the below given steps to stop the flash service manually from your handset or else you can dial 155223 to deactivate value added service from your account. If still any issue persist, you can contact us on 12345 or 198.

Refer to the below given steps to deactivate the Flash SMS:-
- Go to your handset SIM Toolkit
- Click on Idea Flash option
- Tap on Activation
- Click on Deactivate

They are sending messages of discontinuing my outgoing and all services.., my idea no. Have Ballance of rs. 37.., then why are they sending these messages?

I am Radharaman ... I am an prepaid user of idea from last 5 or 6 years... I have 31 rupees balance in my account but now it is not working... No outgoing calls are going .. Take the action immediately otherwise I have to change sim
