I had purchased a sim from idea giving all my documents nd fingerprint but thier salesman registered the sim under his name nd his documents. Nd we had paid the bill of my postpaid number for 2 months but after 2 months we came to know that the sim was registered under salesman name priyank shukla nd he had left the job a month ago. And now the salesman has exchanged the sim nd is using my postapid no. And he is not answering us. We complaint in idea store but they are also not answering us.

I had done my recharge through idea app on 10 December of Rs 398, the transaction was failed but the money was deducted . And till now no money was refunded to me my mobile number is [protected] . The customer care is saying that it will be resolved within 48 hours but till now now amount is refunded. And made a payment through idea recharge app.
As per our recent communication, you've confirmed that your concern with regards to recharge has been resolved. Also, the mentioned amount has been credited back to your account. Hence, the case has been closed.
