[Resolved]  Idea Cellular — sim card was not working

I am swethika, i am from pune, yesterday onwards i am not able to make the outgoing calls. Morning i tried contact with customer care, they told like your problem will be resolved in 2 hours, but the problem was still not resolved, last one hour back again, i tried to contact them, they are saying your problem will be resolved in after 2 days.

Please help this kind of problem and try to resolve as soon as possible.
