Idea Cellular — sim deactivated due to less usage

I'm a very loyal customer of idea and have been using since many years.

My idea prepaid number is [protected]. It was for my mother and did not use it for few months.

When i recharged the number with rs.50 it did not get activated. The recharge was successful but the number is still deactivated

Please activate the sim as it has been inactive and she was unable to use it because of some issue with using the phone. Please activate the number as it wasn't used for unauthorized works
