Dear team On 15/01/18 i request for mnp for mobile no [protected] from assam idea postpaid to w. B idea prepaid. 19/01/2018 i received a massage that your port out request is successful and from 11.00 pm dated 19/01/2018 my both sim are no service till now. Kindly check the issue and resolve the problem asap. Already 40 hours over i have no signal in my idea sim. W. Verified Support Jan 23, 2018 Idea Cellular Customer Care's response Dear Customer, Sorry for the inconvenience caused. We would like to inform you, that the request raised for mobile number portability is in progress and takes maximum 7 working days to activate the services. Also, once you get the network on your number we request you to dial 59059 for the tele-verification of your account. May I know when my problem will be solved. Bad experience regarding Idea service.
